SIGN UP + ENROLLMENT

Our business is helping you grow yours! So, we try to make the sign up process efficient + as simple as it can be – with a personal touch!

1. Schedule a call with us so that we can get a thorough understanding of your business + provide you the best options available.

2. Select the tier of coverage that works best for your business.

3. Sign your service agreement, submit all required documents + pay a one time onboarding fee.

4. Once your client onboarding is complete, we will present you with your agreements to sign.

Now, you GROW.

Our goal is to keep provider costs minimal. And that is reflected in our onboarding fees + monthly coverage fees.

Your one time onboarding payment covers the cost of the following:

verifying all supporting documents, all legal agreements, buildout of your ehr platform + dashboard, physician fees
ures.

Once you’ve signed + executed your service agreement + submitted all supporting documents for review, our underwriting process takes 4-8 weeks.

We do our best to execute the process efficiently + as quickly as possible.

You will receive weekly emails that keep you updated on your application status so that you never feel forgotten!

ELIGIBILITY

Your coverage tier is based upon the services you provide that you need physician oversight for within your state.

Your application for physician oversight should be based upon the services you provide that require an overseeing practioner.

If you are not sure what tier of coverage you need, schedule a consultation call + we can help you determine the best coverage for your business.

There is no minimum licensure requirement to apply for physician oversight.

We follow guidelines set in place by your state’s regulations.

We offer physician oversight in all 50 states. Regulations vary by state + service, so feel free to reach out to us to check the requirements for your state.
